Fort Walton Beach Commercial Mold Damage

Fort Walton Beach Commercial Mold Damage

SERVPRO of N. Okaloosa, Walton, Holmes & Washington Counties responded immediately to a commercial mold damage job at a local church. The church suffered a water damage incident, and the result was mold contamination. Our mold remediation specialist acted fast to inspect, locate, and stop the spread of mold throughout the property. To avoid contamination, our technicians implemented procedures like negative air chambers. Negative air chambers aid in the quarantine process by isolating the infected area with physical barriers and negative air pressure. To clean infected areas and prevent new mold colonies from growing our specialists used antimicrobial and antifungal treatments. Don't let mold take over your commercial property, contact SERVPRO of N. Okaloosa, Walton, Holmes & Washington Counties for mold removal and remediation.

The crew at SERVPRO of N. Okaloosa, Walton, Holmes & Washington Counties acted fast when we received a call regarding water damage to a local church. Using relative humidity, room measurements, and temperature our crew was able to determine the exact number of dehumidifiers and air movers needed in the drying process. Our technicians used a specific type of dehumidifier called a refrigerant dehumidifier. Similar to an air conditioner, a refrigerant dehumidifier extracts humidity from the air. Ultra Sonic Machine

Ultra Sonic Machine

Ultrasonic cleaning is the most efficient and effective way of cleaning. The secret is cavitation, which means millions of microscopic bubbles are repeatedly formed and immediately collapse. This action causes the bubbles to penetrate into every niche and crevice. There are no scrubbing or abrasive chemicals!! The process involves submerging the items into a pre-wash station, then into the wash station, then it moves to the third machine you see pictured above where it is rinsed.

Norma The Food For Thought Van

Norma The Food For Thought Van

Food For Thought is a local non-profit organization that provides food to children in Okaloosa and Walton Counties. We fully support the actions of Food for Thought and are excited to be volunteering with them in packing snacks in backpacks and delivering them to the local schools. According to the USDA, 15.3 million children under 18 in the United States live in households where they are unable to consistently access enough nutritious food necessary for a healthy life. Today, we stopped by the FFT Destin office and dropped off snacks to be delivered. You can help fight child hunger by donating to their office located in Destin and Santa Rosa Beach.
